I just finished watching "Repo Men
My God it was frightening! The movie is all about these men who went about repossessing artificial organs from people when they fail to pay up after receiving such organs. Just imagine a person just received an organ from a donor and then you are sliced open to retrieve it back when you default in payment. 
I mean they literally cut people open to take back the artificial organs.
This movie is for you if you love watching people being sliced open. Its action packed but with loads of cutting and slicing up.

I just watched Hellboy last night. Funny and full of actions. Though church goers will find it "blasphemous"

I just finished watching "Repo Men" starring Jude Law, Forest Whitaker, Alice Braga, Liev Schreiber etc
That movie is horific.

Dont watch "Eden Lake" if you dont have a strong stomach. A couple on vacation in the woods are set upon by a group of murderous youths. Its really gruesome. It left me feeling sick
